About Us
We, founders Alex Goldman and Vladimir Klibanov at Gloria School of Music and Arts would like to welcome you in our new facility.
Our mission is to serve our Sunnyvale community with local, convenient, and outstanding private music instruction. We don’t just teach music lessons but we help create musicians inspiring the passion of music, one note at a time!
Gloria School of Music & Arts focuses on providing high standards educational services to our students. We provide year-round programs of ongoing one-on-one private music lessons, group lessons, summer lessons and special programs, for all ages and music levels. Our lessons are customized to each student’s wants and needs. We help them develop a strong foundation in music education while having FUN! Whatever your goals are, we will help you get there!
Our instructors are friendly, experienced, professional musicians and educators that have direct performing and teaching skills in all different music styles. All of our teachers hold Masters Degrees in Music from Russia’s top Universities or Conservatories in addition to having at least 20 years of teaching experience in both Russia and the USA. Our students benefit from seeing our love for the art and our personal attention to their individual needs.
Gloria School of Music & Arts strives to provide students with excellence in music teaching while having fun. We believe that everyone has the talent for music it is just a matter of how to bring
it out from a person whether they are 5 years old or 85 years old. We believe music is innate to everyone, and as a school, we enjoy being part of the process of discovering this gift. It is an amazing feeling to see someone get in touch with their own talents and feel so happy about it, especially when they learn how to play a piece in an instrument for the first time. Alex Goldman -
Has a Master’s Degree in music (Academy of Fine Arts – Russia).
Mr. Goldman has more than 25 years experience teaching and performing Classical and Jazz to children and adults in both private and classroom setting. Mr. Goldman has shared his professional accomplishments with audiences and students in Russia and United States. His optimistic outlook, encouraging approach to teaching and outstanding Russian education combine to benefit each of his students.
Vladimir Klibanov -
Has a Master’s Degree is Music (Conservatory of music –Russia).
Experienced educator (violin, viola and cello), performer, conductor and composer. Over the 30 years of experience teaching children and adults. Mr. Klibanov proved his skills in Russia –head of Performing Department Kaliningrad Music College, general music director Philharmonic Society; in Lutvenia – performer, composer; in Israel and South Africa- performed with Symphony Orchestras. Mr. Klibanov has extensive experience creating and managing organizations. In the Bay Area students of Mr. Klebanov are members of famous El Camino and San Jose Youth Orchestras.
